Predrawn Appointment Request Form

Predrawn appointments are simple! We get you scheduled and you pick a design from my flash book the day of your appointment.

I don’t post my designs online, but there will always be plenty to choose from. Pieces in the book range in size, but can have minor size adjustments made. Prices vary depending on size, placement and detail.

Books open for custom pieces early June.

You will receive an email in response from micah@micahlewisart.com. Please check your spam folder!

Please also be prepared to send a $100 nonrefundable deposit for all bookings. Your appointment will not be locked in unless you pay a deposit. By paying a deposit, you agree to my deposit terms explained in my FAQ.
